Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Parenting Arrangement Assessments and Views of the Child reports
- Recommend appropriate parenting arrangements based on children's needs
- Screen cases for mediation suitability, focusing on family violence
- Facilitate pre-mediation sessions to prepare parents
- Maintain confidentiality of records as per legal requirements
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Education, or Psychology
- Advanced proficiency in English and French
- Extensive experience in high-conflict family scenarios
- Knowledge of family dynamics and child development
- Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle
