- Lead and develop a high-performing credit management team- Oversee assigned portfolios, including new and revised facilities, loan agreement compliance, annual reviews, renewals, credit and transactional excesses, and continuous credit oversight- Manage monthly/quarterly portfolio monitoring and borrowing base assessments- Complete annual risk assessments and credit comments- Identify deteriorating portfolio situations and assess qualitative and quantitative credit and borrower risks- Recommend courses of action to CCG and GRM- Monitor policy changes, regulatory and audit priorities, annual reviews, and compliance verification- Conduct spot checks to ensure work quality and identify learning opportunities- Foster continual staff training and act as a key referral resource for internal partners- Establish a positive, cooperative environment through feedback and performance coaching- Work with Managing Directors and other team leaders on Credit Management projectsRequirements5 – 10 years of experience in Lending/Credit or Risk managementStrong financial,
