will report directly to the Senior Financial Analyst for Trade Finance and will be responsible for the accurate reporting, analysis, and governance of customer trade accruals and trade spend. This role will work closely with Sales, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Commercial Finance to ensure trade programs are accurately reflected, reconciled, and aligned with commercial agreements.The successful candidate will act as a key user and subject matter expert for trade systems and reporting tools, supporting process improvements, system enhancements, and ongoing business decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesActively support trade system initiatives and enhancements, including upgrades and process improvementsSupport cutover activities, including setup and validation of recent trade programsCollaborate cross-functionally with AR, AP, Accounting, Sales, and Commercial Finance to ensure end-to-end process integrityDevelop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and workflow documentationSupport training and knowledge
