We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Calgary office.**Must live in Calgary, Alberta, and be able to commute to the local office**Responsibilities:Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent basis.Business Development (75% of the role).Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand the talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates.Conduct thorough phone and face-to-face interviews to determine candidates' qualifications and job requirements.Build and maintain a quality pipeline by fostering long-term relationships with candidates.Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.Call current contractor workforce or recently placed permanent candidates to ensure quality service and seek candidate referrals.
