Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant to support our team in providing exceptional care and education to children. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and have experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting.The Assistant will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that fosters learning and development for all children, including those with disabilities.DutiesAssist in the implementation of educational activities that promote learning and development.Provide support to lead educators in managing classroom dynamics and ensuring a positive learning environment.Engage with children during activities, encouraging participation and fostering social skills.Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom space conducive to learning.Monitor children's progress and behavior,
