OverviewKoolatron is growing and looking to expand our North American sales team. We are searching for a National Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for the business development and account management of key accounts in the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will have experience working with or selling to Costco Canada, and will have first-hand experience with line reviews for in-store retail programs. Experience with kitchen appliances, outdoor products and automotive products is an asset.ResponsibilitiesObtain, develop and create sustainable, profitable sales programsManage and grow sales at key regional and national retail and e-commerce accounts identified in Canada/USASearch out and acquire new sales accountsExceed sales objectives year over year while growing share and distribution pointsDevelop proposals with new and existing accounts while maintaining accountability for delivering robust financial resultsEnsure Key account coverage based on agreed frequencyDevelop a deep understanding of customer needs and their specialty areas to satisfy all account requirementsEnsure clear and regular communication to internal company employees across all departments - including marketing, sales, supply chain and planningActively pursue new opportunities with each assigned accountBuild strong executive relationships with assigned retailers to foster long term growthCoordinate account & market reviews with KPIs, identification of best practices and key learnings for the market and key accountsPlan, schedule and participate in key trade showsOther duties as assignedQualifications and RequirementsAbility to travel within the USA and CanadaExperience working with and selling to Costco CanadaThis is not a remote/hybrid position.
