Because we believe in building well‑rounded hospitality professionals and preventing burnout, this is a dynamic, fully cross‑trained role. You will rotate evenly throughout your shift—from pouring flawless latte art on the espresso bar, to guiding guests through our menus at the till, to maintaining the beautiful aesthetic of our dining room.What You’ll DoDeliver Elevated Hospitality:Provide a warm, polished, and consistent guest experience in a high-volume environment.Master the Bar:Dial in espresso, prepare high-quality beverages to Small Victory standards, and pour consistent latte art.Guide the Guest:Confidently speak to our rotating coffee profiles and artisanal pastry offerings.Execute with Precision:Process orders accurately, and plate/package items with meticulous attention to detail.Keep It Beautiful:Maintain a pristine, organized, and well‑presented café environment,
