Exceptional written and communication skills are a mustYou are a risk guru and you provide day to day risk assessment to client groups and influence appropriately with respect to labour relations activities andissuesYou are also comfortable in a dynamic work environment that requires team work and collaborationQualificationsWhat you bringBilingualism (English/French) is a requirement.



Proficiency in French is criticalYou have 5 to 8 years of Labour Relations or relevant management experience including collective agreement interpretation, grievance/arbitration management, advocacy, and union/management relationsYou have experience with policy/process development and researching arbitral jurisprudenceYou have a Master's or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and/or related degree or equivalent in education and experienceGreat-to-havesExperience with collective bargaining in a large, multi-union organization is an assetSalary Range: $93,000-$139,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
