Production Operators – Brockville, ONOur Client is seeking Production Operators for its Manufacturing team located in Brockville, ON. Successful candidates will operate production machinery and equipment throughout the plant, on rotating shift structures, achieving target machine and productivity rates.Pay: $23.11 per hour.Shift Structure12‑hour shift, both day and night rotating.What is the job?Ensure the safe and optimal use of equipment, using established procedures, Lean and 5S principles to foster improvement and achieve production goals.Perform regular quality checks and ensure compliance with standards.Develop knowledge to troubleshoot plant processes, perform equipment changeovers, as well as minor troubleshooting and repairs as necessary.Adjust to recent demands, products,
and plant priorities to support business interests.Your Skills and ExpertiseCompletion of High School or equivalent.Flexibility for shift rotations.Must reside in Canada.Must be able to meet Controlled Goods Clearance requirements.Controlled Goods ClearanceMust be a Canadian citizen normally residing in Canada, or a permanent resident normally residing in Canada.Have valid and current identification (driver’s license, passport, birth certificate).Be able to provide a residential address and employment history of the past 5 years.Living outside of Canada during the past five years will require an international criminal name check and may prolong the assessment process.Preferred QualificationsPost‑secondary education.Previous PIV (powered Industrial Vehicle) experience is an asset.Demonstrated ability to achieve results both independently and in cross‑functional teams.Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proven track record of a proactive, constructive approach and a high level of focus in safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction.Above average mechanical/troubleshooting skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
