Pacifica Housing Advisory Association in Victoria, BC, seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of building maintenance and repair tasks to keep our properties protected, functional, and well-maintained for tenants and staff. Reporting to the Manager of Maintenance, you will handle plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and minor electrical work, assist with unit turnovers, ensure health and safety compliance, document work orders, and coordinate with tenants, staff, and contractors.
