Position SummaryThe Finance Coordinator supports the day-to‑day accounting and financial operations of MSCP Heat Management Solutions while working closely with the Finance Controller to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of the Company’s financial information. This role provides broad exposure to accounting, payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and operational finance within a growing industrial organization. The Finance Coordinator plays an important role in maintaining efficient financial processes, supporting operational decision‑making, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the business. At MSCP, the Finance Coordinator operates within a collaborative and systemic environment aligned with the Company’s organizational methodology. Success in this role comes from supporting organizational flow, maintaining financial visibility, improving processes,
