Job ID: 524380 / Non-ExemptJob SummaryThe Production Scheduler manages and supports all production related activities.Job ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Sales, Purchasing, Production and Dispatch to generate and distribute daily production schedules to achieve delivery commitments.Utilize ERP system capabilities for production scheduling. Create and verify Bills‑of‑Materials for standard and custom products.Communicate production lead times to all levels of the organization.Schedule all stock and custom products based on form capacity, manpower availability and min/max inventory levels.Review Min/Max inventory levels and adjust based on sales history.Coordinate the movement of stock inventory to the appropriate plant location or distribution center with Dispatch.Identify potential material shortages and take appropriate action to minimize their effect.Establish inventory cycle‑counting process for raw materials and finished goods inventories.Participate in the physical inventory process.Lead weekly sales & operations planning meetings.Other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or a minimum of two (2) years manufacturing experience in lieu of a degree.
