Join our valued resource protection team and grow your career in a role you can take pride in.**We are hiring a Protective Services Guard for our locations in Victoria, BC.****You will be responsible for:*** Identifying theft, mischief, and fraud.* Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.* Observing, meeting and greeting customers.* Approaching situations with a customer-first mindset.* Maintaining a professional demeanor when dealing with the public, staff, and law enforcement agencies.* Conducting security audits of the building and assets.* Performing arrests, ask to pays,
