issues field instructions to Inspectors and contractors, and reviews progress reports; ensures contractors follow City policies, procedures and the Field Services Manual.Monitors contingency and construction budgets; initiates site instructions, change notices and change orders.Consults with Supervisor, Construction Inspection, engineers, and consultants with respect to the adherence and interpretation of tender documents.Instructs, directs, trains and gives feedback to Inspector Municipal Construction (IMC), Assistant IMC, Seasonal IMC and Summer Trainee Technical.Attends on site construction progress meetings.
