Reporting to theSampleManager,the SampleAdmin Coordinatoris responsible forthe movementand managementofall Development samples&GeneralMarketing; samplesto support the Product Creation& Brandteamsfor allALDOGroupbrands & divisions. Key Responsibilities

DC Operations: all brands & divisions Receive, process & distribute all inbound samples to theappropriate dept-team Maintain the organization of all samples in storage in the DC Manage the disposal of sample half pairs,



whileoptimizingfull pairs for future sample sales Support the organization of outbound samples forbrand activities Development samples: Aldo & Call It Spring brands Support peak period movements: showroom set-up for Filtering & Buying activities Support quarterly sell-in periods with category photography: 360 and enhanced Marketing samples:Aldo & Call It Spring brands Support the coordination of all General sample ordering periods: Order Forms & PLM data entry Support the management of all Vendor communications (order share-out & delivery tracking) Support a regular cadence of General sample delivery follow-up reporting Liaise with Product Development & Brand teams upon sample arrival for sample validation steps Production samples: Aldo, Call It Spring brands & APS brands Support in-season Merchandise activities by processing & distributing TOP samples SupportEcommphotography by tracking Confirmation sample arrival, validation & processing Job Requirements

Available to work full-timeon-campusfrom 8-4pm Proactive,organizedand energetic personality Physically fit and able to manipulate samplecartons Team player and can take direction tocomplete tasks independently Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Warehouse experience is considered an asset Retail experience or interest in fashion is considered an asset Building a culture ofbelonging
