They have a portfolio of multiple entities, spanning multiple countries.Role OverviewSeeking a highly skilled General Accountant to manage the general ledger and balance sheet activities, including indirect tax and credit card oversight. Responsibilities will include but to be limited to:ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end general ledgerPrepare journal entries (accruals, provisions, reclasses, intercompany)Drive the month-end close process with tight timelinesOwn all balance sheet reconciliations,



including Credit card clearing accountsEnsure reconciliations are complete, accurate, and fully supportedReview employee expenses for policy compliance and proper documentationPrepare and reconcile HST/VAT returnsMaintain audit‑ready documentationManage intercompany accounting and reconciliationsHandle FX revaluations and foreign currency transactionsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree and CPA5+ years in General Ledger / financial accounting rolesStrong experience with month‑end close and reconciliationsSystem savvy with solid experience in ERP and Expense systemsAdvanced Excel#J-18808-Ljbffr
