Lieu CHSLD MATAPÉDIA | CISSS de la Gaspésie Période d'affectation Dès que possible au 30 Aout 2026 Horaire Temps complet ( 52.5 Heures/ aux 2 semaines minimum) Quarts de jour, soir et nuit Exigences Minimum 18mois d'expérience en CHSLD (REQUIS) Membre en règle de l'OIIQ Voiture requise Principales responsabilités Évaluer l'état de santé des usagers au CHSLD Planifier, prodiguer et assurer le suivi des soins infirmiers Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'assurer la continuité des soins Participer à l'enseignement auprès des usagers et de leurs proches Assurer une documentation clinique complète et conforme #J-18808-Ljbffr
