This position will hold complete responsibility for issuance/administration of contract surety bonds for commercial clients; provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to clients, producers, and insurance companies.Location:London office located at 503 York St, London, ON.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for issuing requested contract surety bonds on a daily basisRequest financial updates from clients and submit same to insurance companiesInvoice final bond premiums and annual administration feesProcess renewable bonds and changes as requiredAssist with Accounts Receivable collectionEnsure all abeyance items are completed through the use of suspense systemsProvide backup for other Commercial Account Managers, as requiredAdhere to all system procedures and insurance company regulationsOther duties and special projects, as required.Qualifications:RIBO license is an assetMinimum three years industry experienceKnowledgeable on financial statements, various bond wordings, commercial coverages,
