Erin Park Lexus is currently looking for a enthusiastic Sales Assistant to support our top Product Advisors.
As a Sales Assistant you are responsible:
Guest follow up to schedule vehicle delivery date.
Manage delivery calendar for Product Advisors
Coordinate and complete the necessary insurance confirmation and licensing prior to delivery date.
Coordinate with PDI department to ensure vehicle is ready on time and complete full delivery process as needed.
The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience with:
Excellent ability to grasp current product knowledge
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work on a firm timeline
Qualifications:
Valid G driver's license
OMVIC license (in progress).
This position will require rotational hours of work.
