If you have excellent communication skills, a versatile approach to working and are proactive & dedicated, you could be a great addition to the team.Atlantic Way Care is spread over seven individual sites providing 24-hour support for individuals with a vast range of complex needs.The Team Leader RoleAs a Team Leader, you will promote and ensure that the company vision of person-centred support is implemented whilst maintaining an individual’s potential and independence. You will be the front-line manager, whilst also ensuring all necessary back office duties are completed within compliance.ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility for staff management and staff development.Leading the staff in promoting each individual's well-being,



safety and quality of life.Monitor and assist the effective delivery of group and individual activities within homes that address agreed client goals and progress against agreed outcomes and well-being measures.Ensure that liaison with external parties within your area of responsibility is coordinated effectively for consistent communication.Work in accordance with company values, policies and procedures, legislation and national minimum standards.Meet agreed individual annual objectives.Promote each individual's well-being, safety and quality of life.Complete and review internal quality compliance systems.Participate in on-call duties.Show respect, listen to needs and understand emotions; be kind, friendlyand honest.The Ideal CandidateExperience supporting adults with learning disabilities.Ability to motivate and manage a team.Ideally 6 months experience in a Team Leader role.Driving licence essential as you will be travelling across our services.#J-18808-Ljbffr
