Interior Health is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse. You’ll provide vital assessment, treatment, and case management for clients facing reliable mental health challenges and substance use issues. This full-time role involves working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring timely, evidence-based support for those in crisis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assessment and treatment for mental health issues
• Manage cases and deliver community support services
• Respond urgently to clients with serious impairments
• Implement specialized treatment modalities/therapies
• Work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary care teams
Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved nursing school
• Two years’ experience in a mental health environment
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Valid British Columbia driver’s license
• Flexibility for shift work including evenings
