Associate – Private Equity Fund Commitments & Asset Management OMERS Private Capital is seeking an Associate to support the Funds & Co‑Investments team in the due diligence and management of private equity fund and co‑investment opportunities. Role Specific Accountabilities Actively participate in the due diligence process for fund and co‑investments, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and research. Analyze fund performance, strategies, and market conditions to assess potential investment risks and returns. Liaise with fund managers, investment partners, and other stakeholders to gather insights and information. Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to identify potential investment opportunities. Maintain an updated database of potential funds and co‑investment opportunities. Participate in team meetings and discussions related to investment strategies and decisions. Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for the investment committee. Work closely with senior investment professionals to support the overall investment strategy and objectives. Contribute to team initiatives and special projects as needed. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience as an investor,



investment banker, or strategy consultant. Strong analytical, quantitative and financial modelling skills. Solid understanding of fundamental financial statement analysis, investment analysis, business valuation theory and techniques. Demonstrated attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in evolving organizations and work through ambiguity. Ability to collaborate and share knowledge within a team environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $115,000–$145,000 per year. Eligible for an annual incentive award under the Short‑Term Incentive plan and a Long‑Term Incentive plan, subject to plan terms. Participation in group benefit and retirement plans is included.
