Organize and manage student feedback and review cycles in Vi and provide assistance to the Student Director as required; Organize and manage theAlberta Associate Review Processes (mid-year and year-end) in Vi and provide assistance to the PD Director as required Continuing Professional Development (CPD): Provide support to the Directors in planning & organizing the Student and the Lawyer Bennett Jones Academy sessions and researching external career development opportunities; Utilization of various firm software tools and coordination with other firm departments in relation to execution of PD learning events; Coordination of variousfirm and lawyer memberships, subscriptions, and external CPD registrations Other General Functions: Liaise with Law Society of Alberta regarding Change in Particulars and Enrollment in the LSA, and liaise with extra-provincial Law Societies as necessary (including enrollment and CPD requirements); Lead the Firm's
