Our client is a leading professional services organization with a robust national presence and a reputation for excellence. They are seeking Bilingual Document Specialists to join their document services team, supporting professionals across the business in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Your New Role
As a Bilingual Document Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, formatting, editing, and proofreading complex legal and business documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism. Working within a high-volume document production environment, you will provide document support to internal stakeholders while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating, formatting, and amending complex legal and business documents using Microsoft Office applications
- Performing copy typing, transcription, mail merges, tables, graphics, presentations, and document revisions
- Proofreading documents for formatting, grammar, consistency, version control, and overall quality
- Managing document production requests, prioritizing workloads, and meeting established service levels
- Tracking and responding to document support requests while maintaining ownership through resolution
- Collaborating with team members on quality control, process improvements, knowledge sharing, and mentoring initiatives
Available Shifts (ET):
- Friday to Sunday | 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- Monday to Friday | 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- College diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Legal Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional office environment; document production experience is considered a strong asset
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel (including pivot tables), and PowerPoint
- Robust technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new applications and processes
- Fast and accurate typing skills (80-100 WPM preferred)
- Exceptional proofreading skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Fully bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven setting
- Flexibility to work evening, overnight, and weekend shifts as required
