This role offers the opportunity to support end-to-end procurement activities while contributing to the development of procurement strategy, policy, and process improvements in a highly regulated public‑sector workplace. The successful candidate will act as both an operational and advisory partner, supporting stakeholders in sourcing IT and consulting services while ensuring compliance with procurement policies, trade agreements, and government directives.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute procurement requests and provide advisory support on procurement policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsDraft RFx documents (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs), evaluation criteria, scoring methodologies, and response templates, with emphasis on IT and consulting procurementsManage end-to-end competitive procurement processes including tendering, bid evaluation, scoring consolidation, award recommendations, and vendor debriefsSupport supplier risk management activities including due diligence, risk assessments, and documentationAssist stakeholders in defining procurement scope,



requirements, and sourcing strategiesMaintain accurate procurement records and ensure documentation is audit‑readySupport development and execution of annual procurement plansContribute to procurement reporting for internal stakeholders and government submissionsAssist with internal and external audits related to procurement activitiesSupport continuous improvement initiatives for procurement policies, frameworks, and processesAssist in development of procurement metrics, dashboards, and reporting toolsProvide input on process optimization and quality control initiativesRequirementsMinimum 3 years of procurement experience in a public‑sector or government‑regulated environment, or equivalent project management experience with RFx development (IT/consulting focus preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldStrong understanding of public procurement principles, policies, and trade agreementsExperience managing competitive sourcing and end-to-end procurement processesStrong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlinesProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)#J-18808-Ljbffr
