Job SummaryWe are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and motivated Landscaping Crew Leader to lead one of our landscaping crews throughout the season. This role is ideal for someone with landscaping experience who can manage a small team, maintain high-quality work standards, and keep jobs running efficiently.As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily job site operations, communicating with clients when needed, training team members, and ensuring projects are completed safely, professionally, and on schedule.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a landscaping crew on residential and commercial job sitesDelegate tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and to company standardsPerform landscaping tasks including:MulchingGarden bed cleanupsPlantingTrimming and pruningSod installationLawn maintenanceProperty cleanupsOperate landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectivelyDrive company trucks and trailers between job sites when requiredTrain and support crew members on proper techniques and safety proceduresConduct quality checks throughout projects to ensure skilled resultsCommunicate with management regarding job progress, materials, and any issues on siteMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentLoad, unload, and care for tools, equipment,
