Job Title: Customer Service Representative III

Location: Gatineau, QC

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Wednesday, Friday)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract - Possible Extension

Pay Rate: CAD $22–$24/hr on T4

Schedule: 7 hours per day, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative III to support administrative activities and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers, installers, service contractors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in the administrative management of non-regulated activities.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers, installers, service contractors, and other stakeholders while maintaining positive relationships.
- Perform data entry for rental equipment in various systems.
- Follow up with customers in a timely manner when required.
- Perform detailed analysis of various reports.




- Perform other related administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma required.
- College Diploma would be considered an asset.
- Fluent in French, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Proficient knowledge of English, including speaking, reading, and writing, as the role requires frequent interaction with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients who may not speak French.
