We are in search of team members with strong customer-service skills that can ensure our customers have the best possible in-store experience. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers, has robust interpersonal skills, and has past experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.ResponsibilitiesDetermining customer needs and recommending products for purchaseAct as the liaison between customers & manufacturers to resolve all warranty issues and returnsWorking together with the retail team to meet and exceed store objectivesAssisting with merchandising and maintaining visual standardsTrack and follow-up with vendors to ensure the timely resolution of open claimsManage the flow of goods for special orders, products on-hold,



and store ordersAssist on the retail sales floor for promotional events as requiredAdhering to company safety policy and safety compliance regulationsWorking POS systems to help serve customersProcess customer transactions and ensure a positive customer experienceAssist in other areas of the retail store as neededOther tasks as assigned by your supervisor/managerQualificationsDemonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer serviceSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicTeam player with respect for co-workers and customersExcellent verbal communication and effective listening skillsKnowledge of the powersports industry is an assetAdditional InformationStarting Rate: $18.85 an hourThis position reports to the Assistant Store Managers and Store ManagerThis position requires team members to work varying hours, seasonal overtime, and shifts during days, evenings, and weekends.
