We are transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice.Position Senior Strategy and Analytics Specialist – available to candidates in Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto.Overview Senior Strategy and Analytics Specialists will drive growth by providing data‐driven insights and recommendations that inform strategic decisions across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Channel, Customer Enablement and Customer Support.Responsibilities Act as an advisor to the business and support leadership on key strategic initiatives.Manage analytics and reporting across multiple teams, partnering with Clio‐wide stakeholders.Identify business reporting needs, scope system and process requirements, build and roll out reports, and coordinate execution with Finance and Sales Operations.Conduct in‐depth analysis of complex data sets, using statistical techniques, data visualization and advanced analytics to uncover patterns, trends and opportunities.Prepare data and presentations for Monthly/Weekly Business Reviews, board decks and GTM/Forecast calls.Participate in operating rhythms such as GTM planning and territory planning.Synthesize GTM data to create fact‐based recommendations and present findings to technical and non‐technical audiences.Provide strategic data analysis, insights and presentations to senior leadership.Contribute to improving systems, processes and tools that enhance data analytics, innovation and business impact.Research and analyze industry, market segments and business models.Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
