Edge Industrial Supply Inc. located in Slave Lake, AB is now hiring full time, permanent Shipping and Receiving Supervisor. The person should have some higher secondary education along with a relevant minimum of 1-2 years of work experience.
The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position:
Organize tasks to accomplish the work
Oversee operational logistics of the organization
Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Prepare and submit reports
Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Train workers in duties and policies
Co-ordinate, assign and review work
Requisition or order materials,
equipment and supplies
Organize and maintain inventory
Establish work schedules and procedures
Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
