Downtown Eastside Women's Centre seeks a Peer Support Supervisor to oversee the Shelter Program, coordinating and supervising Peer Support staff to meet contract requirements and the centre's mission in Vancouver. The role requires collaboration with the Shelter Manager and other DEWC staff, applying trauma-informed care and feminist, anti-oppression principles. The incumbent will manage HR matters in absence of the Manager and promote integrated services for women, with a focus on supporting
