Position Overview

Bao Bakery is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to support our daily kitchen workflow. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that all baking trays, utensils, mixing bowls, and prep stations remain sanitized, organized, and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities

- Wash, rinse, and sanitize baking pans, dough mixing bowls, sheet trays, and kitchen utensils by hand or using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Sort, store, and organize cleaned tools, containers, and trays in their designated prep and kitchen zones.
- Regularly sweep, mop, wipe down surfaces, and take out trash and recycling across the kitchen area.
- Maintain clean dishwashing stations, replenish sanitizing chemicals, and monitor water temperatures.
- Assist kitchen staff with light receiving and restocking duties as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Availability:



Flexible schedule required, with availability spanning Tuesday through Sunday operations.
- Previous experience as a kitchen helper or dishwasher in a high-volume restaurant or bakery setting is a plus, but entry-level applicants are welcome.
- Ability to work comfortably in a warm, fast-paced, wet workplace and lift up to 20 kg.
- Punctual, hard-working, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
