The ideal candidate will possess 15 to 25 years of experience with DC traction power systems and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design of traction power substations and equipment • Develop detailed design packages and specifications • Perform load flow simulations and prepare comprehensive reports • Coordinate with engineers for seamless systems integration • Provide installation support and project management
Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering • 15 to 25 years in DC traction power design • Familiarity with NFPA 70 and NEC • Skilled engineer’s license preferred • Experience in North American transit/transportation
