You will work alongside experienced welders and tradespeople, gaining hands-on experience with preparation, grinding, cleaning, disassembly, and material handling on a busy shop floor.

This is an excellent entry path for mechanically inclined individuals who want to grow a career in the skilled trades, with no welding experience required initially.
