Job SummaryOutbound Sales Manager – Global Faces Direct – Full‑time – In‑Office, Toronto, ON, Canada.Role ProfileThe Outbound Sales Manager will provide mature strategic leadership to a high‑performing team focused on acquiring new monthly donors, driving business growth, and maintaining client satisfaction. This role is responsible for the successful end‑to‑end execution of new fundraising program launches, from concept through delivery, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. and ongoing optimization of call scripts for new charities and programme launchesRefine messaging to align with brand guidelines while maximizing donor engagement, clarity, and complianceOperational Oversight & QualityMonitor KPIs, including conversion rates, revenue performance, dialing efficiency, and donor verification resultsOptimize dialer strategies, segmentation, frequency, and list performance to improve contact and conversion ratesOversee recontact and reprocessing workflows for unverified monthly donations to improve long‑term donor retentionWhat You Bring To The Role – Experience and Training2–5 years of experience in sales, fundraising, or contact‑center operations with accountability for revenue and performance targetsExperience working in a performance‑driven, KPI‑focused environmentExperience working in a contact centre is desirableDemonstrated success launching and optimizing sales or fundraising campaignsUniversity or College education, with a focus in Business Management or a combination of education and relevant business experienceFacilitation experience is an assetYour Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop high‑performing teamsData‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionExcellent verbal communication skills with the ability to influence, engage,
