Our client is a fast-growing hospitality and premium restaurant group (brunch and evening dining) with multiple locations across the GTA and continued expansion plans. As the business grows, they are focused on strengthening internal coordination, leadership support, documentation, and day-to-day operational follow-up. They are looking for a highly organized, proactive,tech-savvy, personableand polishedExecutive Assistant to the Founderto support a busy Founder in a quick-moving, entrepreneurial environment. POSITION OVERVIEW

TheExecutive Assistant to the Founderwill play a key role in helping the Founder stay organized, focused, and supported while the business continues to grow. Based inMississauga, ON, this role is ideal for someone who has supported an owner, Founder, CEO, President, or senior leader in a smaller or mid-sized business where the work isfast-paced, varied, and hands-on. This is not a traditional corporate Executive Assistant role with a narrow scope limited to calendar and travel.It is afounder-support and administrative coordination rolewhere you will help manage priorities, protect the Founder’s time, coordinate follow-up, handle confidential documentation, and support day-to-day administrative needs across the business. The right person will be comfortable acting as a practical gatekeeper, using good judgment when managing requests for the Founder’s time, and making minor administrative decisions on the Founder’s behalf whenappropriate. We’relooking foranorganized, responsive, discreet,



and confidentadministrative professional withexperience in executive support, senior administration, office coordination, operations coordination, or a similar role, ideally within a smaller, founder-led, entrepreneurial, hospitality, retail, franchise, or multi-location environment. You should becomfortablebalancing structure with flexibility, managing competing priorities, and communicating professionally with internal teams, external partners, and leadership. Founder Support

Providecalendar management, scheduling, inbox follow-up, and day-to-day administrative supportfor the Founder Help protect the Founder’s time by prioritizing meetings, redirecting requests whenappropriate, and managing follow-up Coordinate meetings, prepare notes or agendas whenrequired, and ensure next steps are tracked Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries, and relatedlogisticsfor the Founder and leadership team as needed Team, Recruitment & General Administration





Support interview scheduling, candidate communication, job fair coordination, and related administrative follow-up whenrequired Prepare, organize, and send approved documents, forms, correspondence, and internal communications with accuracy and discretion Assistwith confidential team documentation, new team member paperwork, internal changes, and related administrative records Help coordinate company events, internal updates, leadership follow-up, and other administrative priorities as needed Partner with other administrative and operations team members to keep priorities communicated and moving smoothly WHAT YOU'LL NEED

5+ years of experienceacrossexecutive support, senior administration, office coordination, operations coordination, or a similar role Minimum of 1 year of experiencedirectlysupporting aFounder, CEO, owner, President, executive,directoror VP-level leaderisrequired Strong calendar management, scheduling, inbox coordination, documentation, and follow‑up skills Good judgment and the confidence to manage competing requests, redirect people diplomatically, and protect a leader’s time Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished, and practical communication style High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong discretion and comfort handling confidential information Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new systems, online platforms, and document tools, including AI tools. Proficiencywith Microsoft Office, Outlook, PDFs, document management, and online portals Experience with DocuSign, scheduling tools, document management systems, or similar platforms is an asset Experience inhospitality, restaurants, franchising, retail, or a multi-location businessis an asset Able to work on-site 5 days per week inMississauga, ON
