The Project Coordinator, Structures will support various projects based in British Columbia and across Canada. This position requires a robust understanding of project coordination principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Your RolePlan, organize, and supervise the work of the contractorOrganizing, coordinating, and leading regular meetings with the contractor and clientManage punch lists and quality documentation as requiredCoordinate and assist in safe workplace practices, manage safety incentives, and encourage staff in meeting KPIsReview and comment on drawings and submittals where appropriateCoordinate and interface between the constructor and the designerAssist the team with the preparation of construction estimatesAssist in providing the site progress dataAssist Project Manager with coordinator and field dutiesSupport in the production of the weekly and monthly reports.About YouPost-secondary education in Engineering,



Construction or related field or a combination of equivalent training and work experienceMinimum 5 – 10 years of proven experience directly related major large scale construction projectsStrong working knowledge in Microsoft Office SuiteMultidisciplinary coordination capabilityExposure to working on multi-disciplinary construction sitesExceptional analytical, problem solving, planning, and organizing abilitiesStrong interpersonal skills combined with a positive, team-oriented attitudeExpected compensation for this role is between $100,000 - $137,000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role.
