As a key member of the Claims Experience team, you will leverage your expertise to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs. With at least three years in training development, you will facilitate learning both virtually and in person while utilizing adult learning principles. Collaborating with subject matter experts, you’ll ensure training content remains current and impactful for the claims team.

Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver engaging training sessions using diverse instructional methods • Update and review claims training materials regularly • Collaborate with experts to develop specific learning outcomes • Foster a client service culture through effective training design • Support learners in gaining skills and knowledge competency

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years in training development and delivery • Post-secondary education in adult learning or related field • In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories and blended strategies • Experience in insurance or claims concepts preferred • CIP or FCIP designations are assets
