Par none.Founded in 2008, The MRG Group is Canada’s largest independent entertainment company, specializing in live entertainment, hospitality, ticketing, travel, and digital media.Who You Are:Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the venue, with a focus on Front Of House scheduling and service execution. This role is highly hands‑on, requiring a strong presence on the floor during service to support the team, engage with guests, and ensure the guest experience consistently meets brand standards.The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality while driving team performance.What You’ll Work On:Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on high-energy serviceLead, coach, and motivate the FOH team to deliver memorable, high-impact guest experiencesBuild and manage schedules aligned with peak nights, events,



and business flowBe a constant presence on the floor; driving energy, supporting the team, and engaging with guests throughout serviceFrequent touchpoints with tables to ensure service standards are executed consistentlyReading the room to ensure the vibe, atmosphere, and overall guest experience are on pointHandle guest feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionallyLead pre-shifts and in-service check‑ins to keep the team aligned, energized, and accountableSupport and execute events with a focus on seamless, elevated serviceCollaborate with Culinary team to ensure speed, consistency, and qualityMaintain strong operational control over cleanliness, organization, and health & safety standardsSupport hiring, scheduling, training, and development of a strong, engaged FOH teamProvide real-time coaching and performance feedback on the floorAssist with administrative tasks including payroll support and inventory coordinationWork closely with marketing and events teams to bring programming to life in‑venueStep in wherever needed - this is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑paced environmentQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 2 years experience in hospitality, preferably in a leadership capacity (e.G. shift lead,
