Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support a team of Groomers and Snowmakers • Manage performance standards through coaching and feedback • Create and maintain work schedules based on operational needs • Enforce safety regulations and coordinate incident procedures • Report and manage equipment issues to ensure efficiency
Requirements: • 5+ years of snowmaking or grooming experience • Background in landscape construction preferred • Experience managing teams of 30+ employees • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions • Flexibility for weekend and overnight shifts
