Compensation: from CAD 335.00 daily.Job OverviewThe Camp Manager is responsible for all camp and catering operations on site and will oversee both housekeeping and kitchen departments.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the day-to-day activities of an assigned campUphold camp and workplace health and safety standardsMeet with clients and provide quality customer service by addressing their special requests and concerns in a prompt and effective mannerSupervising, training and managing staff performance issuesManage staff scheduling, payroll and daily and weekly meetingsInspecting, evaluating and ensuring the camp cleanliness, food quality and presentation and controlling inventory to meet or exceed expectationPrepare and submit weekly and monthly reportsMaintain project budget; tracking occupancy, staffing and monitoring expensesPerforming administrative tasks which include liaisons with the client, managing room bookings, preparing reportsTroubleshooting minor maintenance problems if necessaryQualifications5 – 8 years of experience in Remote CampsExceptional oral and written communication skillsValid Advanced Food Safety certificate is requiredValid First Aid Certification is an assetEducation in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management considered an assetWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Office365, SharePoint, Excel,
