As a Policy Analyst, you'll analyze trends and emerging issues through evidence synthesis and report generation. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and implement research strategies for policy analysis • Gather evidence via surveys, interviews, and scans • Develop background papers and briefing materials • Analyze consultation requests and identify themes • Manage survey processes and coordinate feedback
