platform management and capacity planningDevelop and maintain documentation on system architecture, operations, and troubleshooting proceduresParticipate in an on‑call rotation, using a follow‑the‑sun model (24/7 global support coverage)Skills and Qualifications5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform EngineeringA strong combination of technical experience, hands‑on capability, and technical leadership experienceDemonstrated expertise in handling multi‑cloud environmentsExperience with container technologies such as Kubernetes, Karpenter, cluster autoscaling, or similar platforms is requiredExpertise with Linux system administration, networking and security, ideally in a Cloud environmentStrong proficiency with Infrastructure‑as‑Code such as Terraform, Ansible, HelmExpertise with modern CI/CD systems such as ArgoCD, GitHub ActionsExperience in using, monitoring and logging tools (e.G., Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, ELK stack)Experience with microservices architectures and debugging/investigation techniquesScripting knowledge – proficiency with Python, Bash, PowerShell, JS or similar languagesAdept in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategyThe salary range for this role is expected to be between $113,900 to $147,400 and reflects base salary only.
