In this role, you’ll work on a variety of vehicles, preparing surfaces, applying top-quality 3M Paint Protection Film, and installing skilled-grade window tint.You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative shop where your expertise is valued, and your work makes a visible impact every single day.What You’ll DoPrepare, clean, and inspect vehicles for installation.Measure, cut, and apply PPF and window tint with precision.Work with designers, detailers, and the shop manager to deliver exceptional results.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Perform quality control inspections to ensure perfect finishes.What We’re Looking For3+ years of hands‑on experience in PPF and/or window tint installation.3M installation certification or training (asset).Skills in vinyl removal, weeding,
