In this full time, contract role, you will be at the forefront of coordinating patient schedules for the Eye Van's annual tour. Your key responsibilities will involve managing patient information, updating demographics, and ensuring effective communication with healthcare professionals. This position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality service to individuals with vision loss.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage patient appointment bookings for Eye Van visits • Update patient information and referral records • Coordinate urgent situations with appropriate staff • Maintain lists of healthcare providers and doctors • Provide administrative support to the Eye Van team

Requirements: • College diploma in medical administration or 3 years relevant experience • Proficient with medical software applications • Strong communication and organizational skills • Experience with OHIP billing is an asset • Bilingualism in French and English preferred
