From early planning through to delivery, we work collaboratively with our clients and partners to get projects done right.About the RoleOperating on the owner's side, this role will provide program-level oversight across a portfolio of water and wastewater infrastructure projects while ensuring strong coordination between engineering teams, Project Managers, and key stakeholders. The Program Manager will help guide the delivery of complex linear infrastructure projects, maintain solid governance and reporting structures, and support the successful execution of projects that are critical to the long-term reliability of essential municipal systems.Working closely with client representatives, RAM leadership, and multidisciplinary project teams, this role will involve overseeing program performance, supporting Project Managers responsible for individual project delivery, and ensuring alignment between project execution, budgets, schedules,
and overall program objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide oversight for a portfolio of water and wastewater infrastructure projectsEnsure alignment between project delivery, program objectives, and capital planning prioritiesGuide and support Project Managers responsible for project executionMonitor project performance, schedules, budgets, and risks across the programWork closely with Metro Vancouver, RAM leadership, engineering teams, and operational stakeholdersMaintain strong communication and alignment across internal and external partnersMaintain strong program controls, reporting, and financial oversightEnsure projects are delivered in accordance with engineering standards and regulatory requirementsWhat We're Looking For10+ years of experience delivering large-scale water, wastewater, or municipal infrastructure projectsBackground working on linear infrastructure such as trunk sewers, water mains, or major utility corridorsExperience working with municipal or utility clients, ideally in an owner-side environmentDemonstrated ability to support and guide Project Managers within complex infrastructure programsStrong stakeholder management and leadership experience within infrastructure delivery environmentsThe estimated pay range for this position is $115,000 to $135,000 as of the posting date. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and training.Please note that this range reflects base pay only and does not include the competitive bonus program or the comprehensive benefits package offered by RAM Consulting.
