Westman Groundworks is hiring a Landscape Labourer to join our landscape installation crew, with the option of snow removal work for qualified candidates
SCHEDULE
- Seasonal, full-time work from April through November
- Option to work a fifth 10-hour day at regular time during peak season
- Schedule may change due to weather or project demands
DUTIES
- Install patios, retaining walls, sod, rock, trees and shrubs
- Assist with excavation, grading and site preparation
- Operate hand tools and compact equipment
- Load materials and maintain clean job sites
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class 5 driver?s licence
- Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Dependable and able to work as part of a crew
- Robust attention to detail
- Phone with an active data plan
Landscaping, construction, equipment operation and trailer experience are assets, but we are willing to train the right person.
