supporting the multidisciplinary team and ensuring safe, quality care for patients and a safe environment for staff. The role involves on‐site support and leadership as well as on‐call support for the organization.QualificationsCurrent registration in good standing with a recognized clinical governing college3–5 years of acute care hospital experienceMinimum 2 years of management or supervisory experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with physicians, inter‐professional team members, and other stakeholdersExcellent critical thinking skills and ability to make decisions under pressureCommitment to patient and staff safety, quality, and risk managementAbility to build teams and manage changeAbility to engage and support all hospital staff in carrying out their roles and responsibilitiesStrong organization and prioritization skills; ability to work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
