Join Western's team as a Floorhand, actively supporting well servicing operations across Canada. You'll perform rig floor activities, maintain equipment, and adhere to safety protocols.
This full time, seasonal position involves assisting the Derrickhand and Driller in a variety of tasks. Responsibilities include conducting preventative maintenance, participating in safety drills, and ensuring seamless communication with team members. A commitment to safety and efficiency in energy services is essential, making this role impactful to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain rig equipment as directed
• Attend pre-job safety meetings and drills
• Report unsafe conditions and incidents immediately
• Maintain housekeeping standards on-site
• Communicate effectively with crew and supervisors
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Preferred experience as a Floorhand
• Class 5 Driver's license and transportation
• Preferred Air Brakes Endorsement
• Industry Certifications such as H2S Alive and First Aid
