As one of the leading manufacturers of soft corn tortillas in Canada, we continue to expand both domestically and internationally through major retail and export partnerships.Position SummaryThe Finance Manager will oversee the company’s day-to-day financial operations and support the continued growth of the business.This is a highly hands‑on role within a growing entrepreneurial company. The successful candidate will be expected to personally execute and manage many of the daily financial and administrative responsibilities directly, rather than strictly delegating tasks to a large team.The ideal candidate is operationally minded, detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment where adaptability and ownership are critical.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Cash FlowManage daily cash flow and liquidity planningMonitor and prioritize vendor payments and operational expensesPrepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecastsCoordinate banking activities and lender reporting requirementsSupport ownership with financial planning and decision‑makingAccounting & ReportingManage accounts payable and accounts receivable processesCoordinate month‑end and year‑end closing activitiesPrepare internal financial reports and KPI summariesWork closely with external accountants and auditorsMaintain accurate financial records and reconciliationsOperational FinanceMonitor inventory valuation, costing,
